Anne Grethe’s career path

The wind industry has always had a special place in Anne Grethe’s heart.

After graduating from high school, Anne Grethe completed an office education program and joined the wind industry. Her career began as a Project Assistant, where she quickly advanced after focusing on project management training and eventually working as a Project Manager. She later took on a high-level assistant role, supporting the CEO, CFO, and CSO, as well as leading significant company initiatives. Anne Grethe reached a unique milestone when she implemented ISO 9001 certification across her former company’s offices in Denmark, China, and Brazil, while also overseeing the launch of new offices in those international markets.

After a brief period working outside the wind sector, Anne Grethe returned to the industry, drawn back by its dynamic environment and exciting challenges.

Back to the wind industry

Following a recommendation from a previous colleague, Anne Grethe joined Muehlhan Wind Service in 2022 as a Tender and Contract Coordinator – a position she still holds. In this role, she provides essential support for our Commercial Managers, ensuring they are well-equipped for successful client interactions.

 

Cross-functional collaboration 

Anne Grethe’s day-to-day tasks include gathering essential company information from various departments, which she consolidates into detailed submissions for clients during the proposal process. Her responsibilities also involve managing client databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping for all contracts. This includes maintaining an organized and accessible legal contract folder structure and archiving critical documents.

In addition to supporting large tender packages, Anne Grethe collaborates with our legal and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) departments, as well as Operational Directors, to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
