You will refer to the Head of Technical Solutions.
Technical Solutions is a supporting department to Business Units and therefore works very closely together with Business Units, entities, engineers and others to develop sustainable solutions to our customers and business needs.
This position offers a hybrid work setup, with time split between remote work and our office in Gdansk or Szczecin (Poland). You need to uphold working permit in the location mentioned above.
Your technical English language skills need to be at a higher professional level (oral and written).
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop Project based Work Instructions / Method Statements for WTG Onshore Installation, commissioning and Service
- Offer Technical support to Sales and Operations Units
- You will occasionally be responsible for organizing, testing, and documenting prototypes and mock-ups
- You will be responsible for adapting user instructions, manuals, and usage guidelines for new machinery, including hydraulic and power tools
- Identify repetitive actions and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Develop and maintain clear, structured, and user-friendly layouts for technical documentation
Essential requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience in WTG Onshore Installation, Service and Main Components Exchange
- Strong working knowledge of Hydraulic tools used on WTG Installation
- Strong understanding of Technical standards, EU Machinery Directive, regulations and legislation
- Ability to assess how safety equipment aligns with process-related risks and how this relationship influences construction, service, and maintenance activities
- Knowledge of Management of Change methodology

Desired competencies
- Proven ability to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation
- Experienced in technical product safety and process safety, including conducting thorough risk assessments with the support of QHSE Department
- Ability to travel (40 Expected travel days)
