Anne Grethe joined Muehlhan Wind Service in 2022 as a Tender and Contract Coordinator – a position she still holds. In this role, she provides essential support for our Commercial Managers, ensuring they are well-equipped for successful client interactions.
At MWS, Beata initially started as a recruiter and worked in this role for 1.5 years before being promoted to Senior Recruiter, and subsequently becoming the Team Lead. Working with people comes naturally to Beata, who is a very talkative person. At the beginning, when she was handling the entire recruitment process herself, Beata engaged with many technicians.
For Kirsten Bank Christensen, our Chief Operating Officer, nothing in her career has been random. Back in the ’90s, she started out in the transportation industry at Bonus/Siemens, where she learned all about transporting wind turbines.
